Hearts in harmony.
Form a small group and go sing with seniors, lonely or sick people. No need to be a singer: all it takes is a big heart.
The first Saturday of February, every year, all around the world.

An hour of songs, memories that last
Hands holding a songbook, voices finding the words again, smiles lighting up. See what Sol-La-S’Day brings to life in a room.
Four steps, no rehearsal
We create a spontaneous choir with the elders. One song, one page turned, holding a hand, sharing a smile… and the magic happens!

See how to participateAn idea born in Quebec, a wave that goes around the world
Imagined in 2004 by Julie Lecours, the first Sol-La-S’Day brought together eight groups in February 2005. Since then, sol-la-singers have sung in every region of Quebec and far beyond. Our dream: to get the whole planet singing in February 2030.
Be part of the wave on Saturday, February 6, 2027
A songbook, a few friends, an hour or two of your time. That’s all it takes to brighten someone’s day.
